We read about the number of deaths on UK roads decreasing year on year (it is still 1857),but what about the number of deaths/serious injuries and slight injuries - 208,655.
This equates to 4013 crashes every week,or 23 crashes every hour.( and that doesnt include bumps and scrapes that just result in arguments)
I am interested in finding out just why people do not invest more in driving as a life skill..and what it would take to get people back behind the wheel,even for just an hour, to improve their driving ability.
