Debt collecting agency needed

Hi guys,

We have outstanding debts from clients that are failing to pay what they owe, this is one specific customer that owes around £5,000.

I am hoping that somebody on here will be able to assist in recommending a reliable debt collector who can point us in the right direction to get help with this.

Hi Laura,

We are already using your firm to try and recover other debts, Nicola Laurie has been excellent however, looks as though we aren't going to be getting any of the £3,500 back as the company has a winding up order against it. So that's £8,500 now out of pocket plus more we are owed from a Turkish agent, not good.

Have you tried Thomas Higgins, you register with them, fill in the information and for only a small fee everything is done over the internet, it is great and simple toi use and I know lots of people who have used them and been rather successful.

We use them all the time for letters (3 today alone), however we do the court bit ourself via moneyclaim online. At that point if we still have no joy we would look to pass the debt on.
