Does anybody have any information or advice on how to set up a Not-for-Profit organisation?

There is information on the internet too, what sort of thing are you looking at? For example, a CIC (community interest company), private company limited by guarantee or shares, etc.
I have done it but am not an expert, but the Enterprise Centre helped me a lot. Also Blue Orchid, if they are still around to help businesses start up, they have specialists too.
