Urgently seeking Pudsey Bear!!! Can you help?

Hi all,

I am desperately searching for a Pudsey Bear costume. My daughter's play school get a visit from Pudsey every Children in Need day and all the children are really looking forward to it. It is a long story, but they have been let down at the last minute, along with the primary school next door.

Does anyone know where I could get hold of a costume, or even someone who is using one on the day but could spare an hour to make some littlies very happy? We could even move it to the day before as a last resort. Anything so that we don't have to disappoint the children. My three-year-old has been counting the days for weeks already. I haven't the heart to tell her Pudsey can't make it.

Please help!!

If you can't find a Pudsey costume, we could try and send our mascot Roary?

Thanks Rachael, that's a lovely offer and if I can't manage to get hold of a Pudsey I will take you up on that. Would probably make a nice little PR story for the club too!

I've asked around but unfortunately without any success :o(
I'm waiting for one guy to get back to me but it's not a hot lead I'm afraid,

Well, hopefully I have found a Pudsey. Costco have their own Pudsey costume. I spoke to their marketing manager and he has more or less promised to help out. I just need to speak to him on Monday to sort out the details. But thanks so much to everyone who put the word out for me. OBN is turning out to be useful on so many levels.
