Fresca Italian Restaurant is situated on ground floor level, at Gatehead Business Park, Delph New Road, Delph and can accommodate approximately 140 diners. The current opening hours are every day from 12 noon until 11.00pm Monday to Thursday, midnight on Friday & Saturday and 11.00pm on Sunday. Dining at Fresca is a sophisticated experience, but one that is also family friendly. The restaurant interior is of contemporary design, with an open plan kitchen adding to the lively and entertaining atmosphere. Executive Chef, Sean Carberry, joined the Fresca team in January 2010, bringing with him years of culinary and managerial experience. Fresca offers a wide choice of authentic Italian dishes, ranging from Pizzas, Pastas and Risottos, to main dishes such as Fillet Steak, Fish and Veal. Fresh produce is sourced from local suppliers ,where possible and delivered daily. Menus are changed seasonally and there are special menus for occasions such as Valentine’s Day and Mother’s Day. A Children’s menu is also available for the younger diners. Fresca boasts a range of exceptional wines, sourced from a supplier that specializes in small, family-owned wineries. Special occasions such as Christenings, Wedding Anniversaries, and Hen Parties can be catered for and events such as Wine Tastings, Italian style Tapas Evenings and Dance Nights are also held. Take- Away meals are also available with 15% off.
