It was a good session at Oldham Library yesterday, with three workshops on Managing Depression, Building Self esteem and Stress Management for 5-15 people in the sessions. 45 minute sessions with Q & A at the end, I used powerpoint presentations (and yes, quick visual prompts and bullet points rather than long winded wordy screens to read through), and summary handouts which included exercises, some of which we worked though in session and which then can be continued at…

The fourth Monday of January is apparently the 'bluest' - Blue Monday - so look out for 16th (or 23rd!) where it is hardest to leavea warm, comfy bed to go to work you may still love (or hate) but have nothing to motivate you to get up...it's a hard, long road to the next holiday/holiday season or nice weather, and dark nights/mornings haven't quite left us yet - and it's usually cold and wet; and there is Christmas finances to face up to! The USA has more 'duvet days' this day…

Hi Julie, I am a trainer specialising in electrical and solar courses. I have been teaching for the last 23 years. I’ve had my own training centre for the last 16 years. I am about to start a 12 months training course myself in a couple of weeks (diploma in hypnotherapy) and looking forward to it.
