Changes to Apprenticeship rules.

Good morning all,



Well it's Friday again so the weekend is almost here. Just thought I would let you all know there has been some changes to Apprentices wages which in a way is more advantagous to you as employers. The current salary for an Apprentice is £95 but as of the 1st October it then changes to £2.50 p/hr giving you the flexibility to pay your Apprentice hourly so therefore you could have the ability to take them on part time. They do however have to work a minimum of 30 hrs… Continue

thanks. I had thought of just 4-8 hours per week on a trial basis see monitor effectiveness for both parties.

Then increasing the hours and tasks if it succesful.

I must be prudent with my time and money at this stage.
