I was talking to my Mum earlier and she said that she had problems with her O2 contract, she called up and the people on the phone did not help at all. After another call she was told to go to the branch where she got the phone.... so she did.
She said that the gentleman she spoke with in store got it all sorted absolutely no problem at all and gave an excellent service. Turns out that person was YOU!
So a big thank you from my Mum to you! Thanks for sorting out the issue she had and restoring some faith in O2 for her. Great service by all accounts by yourself and she left happy.
