We help business owners to work smarter by getting a lot more value from their staff, systems and company data.

We offer owners the opportunity to benefit from a University graduate without the risk from employment or the concern of managing them.

Working with local Universities, we take graduates on initial contracts where a client has a clearly identified project which can benefit both the business and the graduate.

I remain the point of contact for the owner. The project is scoped out by me and throughout the time I closely manage and mentor the graduate.

Subsequently, the client can choose to make the graduate a permanent employee.

For businesses who don't want a graduate, I can coach the owner on a 1 to 1 basis from half a day per month.
