Hi Rachel, Sleep whats that?  Something I try to fit in between work and family!

Everyone is fine thanks.

I was hoping to attend this weeks meeting but got invited to a B4B awards ceremony (early morning) as apparently I have won an award for my input into their meetings in 2010 so feel obliged to do an early morning again!!

Hopefully will get to the next meeting and try to meet a few OBN members.

Regards

Neil
