- We provide personalised care and support services to children, young people and adults within their own homes and their local communities. From our office in Oldham we offer support to anyone living in Oldham, Tameside and Rochdale.
At Caremark we understand that some of the daily routines many people take for granted can become difficult or restrictive. We are here to help you remain independent at home and continue to enjoy life to its fullest, without worrying about the things that are very personal to you.
Our homecare services can also extend to supporting you in the community, assisting in your sense of inclusion and well being. This support can be with travel to work or to the shops, or supporting you during a leisure activity, for example you may like some help to go swimming or to the cinema.
As an alternative to residential care we also offer a specialist Live-in service called HABITO for customers who would like to remain living in their own home - maintaining their independence for longer.
