Which is the best email host?

Can anyone recommend a reliable and low cost email hosting company? One which doesn't have a time limit on how long you can take to compose an email. One which stays up and running 100% of the time.

My current provider often has problems with it's service and often doesn't allow me to respond to emails which is very annoying.

Being notified when new members join the network

Just a quick tip for you all.

When a new member joins it's good practice to welcome them into the network and get to know them a little. To be notified via email when someone joins simply follow these instructions.

Select EDIT PROFILE (it's in the navigation bar under MY PROFILE)
Select EMAIL in the left hand side navigation
Scroll down to the heading Content & Members
