Why couldn't the name BE employability? In my experience of when I worked at the council there are  a lot of  schemes that have used the words Passport in them.

ok we will go with passport to recruitment for employers and passport to work for employees, email address can be employability@oldham.gov.uk . That hits both audiences. Then we could even have passport to careers for students, etc Is this a good way forward?

Personally, like Liz mentioned earlier I think that aims it at the potential employee and not the employer. So depends on who your real target audience is.

My two penn'orth.....Oldham Pathways to Employment OPtE or OPT(E) or OPT.E then you can use the opt for...options, opting in....the op for opportunities, opposition, opinions etc.
