Are you ashamed of your dodgy profile photo? Are you too embarrassed to even show your face online? Enter our fab new competition and we will help you Pimp Your Profile.

Submit your worst profile photo to the Pamper and Pose Facebook page and you could win a makeover and photoshoot package worth over £100. The winner will receive a full make up / pamper session (dependant on gender) courtesy of Pamper and Pose make-up artist Lisa Gee and photoshoot by Jude Gidney Photography. The winner will also receive a slideshow of the best images set to music and choice of images to use as an avatar/profile photo. The value of the prize far exceeds £100.

To enter you need to visit and 'like' our Facebook page here and follow the instructions to submit your photo. Then you need to get your friends to vote for your picture. The photos with the most votes will make the short;list, from which a winner will be chosen by a judging panel.
