Write 'him' a letter too, wait a day and then tweak it - and if you feel it appropriate either send it or burn it. These techniques really work. Sometimes you can keep the letter, and add to it. If it helps to post it but not to him - send it to me! Or email. I dont even have to read it! Hope you feel better soon and get the closure you need. He is just dragging it out for spite.
