An example of what can be achieved and I'm a firm believer in treating those that work for you in the right way and PRAISE is the absolute right way forward as well as letting your employees grow naturally within the company. Some will make mistakes and will in turn become better members of the team. I think ultimately the principle of thinking of a company as a collective of people is the right approach focusing on strengths and weaknesses to compliment the company to Success.

Aye he does Thomas!

However he needs to sort his trains out, I was on one back from London yesterday and it was far too hot and no way to turn the heating down and no air conditioning.

Me being me I tweeted him, got no response :-(
